Washington, DC
I am a third-year Literary Journalism and Political Science major at the University of California, Irvine. I am currently interning in Washington DC for ten weeks. I have been involved in many programs to help abused and neglected children, including Camp Alandale (a Christian based organization). With the influence of my family and their work in our local community, I have been inspired to engage in more service both locally and externally. I plan to study next year in Paris, France and graduate in the spring of 2010.
