Time to expand national service

Who has never thought they could be doing more to help their neighbors? Who has never watched AmeriCorps and National Guard volunteers building up sandbags or repairing disaster-stricken communities and thought, “how can I get involved?” Who has never thought that their communities could use more teachers, tutors, or coaches?
